A PWA is a web application that provides a native-app-like experience to users, including features such as offline support, push notifications, and the ability to be installed on a user's device. PWAs are built using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and can be accessed through a web browser.

They can have their own SEO challenges, similar to those that JavaScript built sites have. Ultimately you need to ensure they are crawlable by search engines, that they load fast and provide a great user-experience, and making use of service-workers to cache content and assets, thus helping to speed them up further.
